I lived on the island of Madeira for two months in 2021. It’s an island in Portugal and I would consider it a little Hawaii and half the price. It is stunning, rainbows everyday, nearly perfect weather, charming locals and a community of expats that make you feel at home. I met Yoon & Simon an hour before sunset and we created magic. I have many homes in the world and Funchal, Madeira is one of them.
